Buying each service

Airtime

  1. Pick your network — MTN, Airtel, Glo or 9mobile.
  2. Enter the phone number you are topping up.
  3. Enter the amount (from ₦50).
  4. Confirm. Purchases under ₦2,000 go through without a PIN.

Data

  1. Pick your network.
  2. Choose a bundle — the price you see is the price you pay.
  3. Enter the recipient's number, or tap “my own number”.
  4. Confirm. The bundle lands immediately.

Electricity

  1. Choose your disco and meter type (prepaid or postpaid).
  2. Enter your meter number — we confirm the account name before you pay.
  3. Enter the amount, then approve with your PIN.
  4. Your token appears on screen and on your emailed receipt.

Cable TV

  1. Choose DStv, GOtv or Startimes.
  2. Enter your smartcard number — we confirm the account name.
  3. Pick your package and approve with your PIN.

Exam pins

  1. Choose WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or JAMB.
  2. Choose how many pins you need (up to 5).
  3. Approve with your PIN. Pins are shown once and emailed to you.

Why do some purchases ask for a PIN and others don't?

Small airtime and data purchases go through without one so they stay quick. Anything from ₦2,000 up, and every electricity, cable or exam-pin payment, asks for your PIN.

Will you ever ask for my PIN in a chat?

Never. If a purchase needs your PIN, we send a secure link and you enter it on our own page. Anyone asking for your PIN in a message is not us.

I lost my phone. What do I do?

Send FREEZE in any of our chats. Your wallet locks immediately and no purchase can go through on any channel until support unlocks it.

What is verification for?

Adding your BVN or NIN raises your wallet ceiling and daily limit, and unlocks a dedicated bank account. It is checked instantly — no selfie, no documents.
